Domain Transition Guide: Moving from Software.com to Antenna.dev

We are migrating our primary domain from software.com to antenna.dev. This article outlines what is changing, what actions may be required, and what customers should update before May 1, 2026.

What’s changing

Your organization will now be accessible at app.antenna.dev .
Team email addresses will change from name@software.com to name@antenna.dev.
Our legal entity name is changing from Software.co Technologies, Inc. to Antenna AI, Inc.
We will notify all users directly by email before May 1, 2026.

What to update before May 1

These changes are already live, so you can make updates now.

Bitbucket

If you use Bitbucket for OAuth, no disruption is expected. However, a workspace admin must complete one step to ensure data continues syncing.

Open Workspace settings and go to Installed apps or Manage installed apps.
Find the Connect app entry and click Get the Forge app link.
Open that link and install the Forge version of the app for the workspace.

After that, no further action is required. We will validate that the Forge app is working and coordinate any cleanup of the old Connect app.

Jira

We have migrated our Jira Connect app to a Forge app — Atlassian’s new, preferred program for building apps. Atlassian’s current guidance indicates that some Connect-to-Forge changes can roll out as minor updates, which are progressively applied automatically over roughly 24 to 96 hours. No action is required.

Claude.ai Integration

To ensure telemetry data continues syncing, update your OTel metrics endpoint to: https://app.antenna.dev/api/v1/otel/claude/metrics

API

If you use our API, update your base URL to: app.antenna.dev/api/v1

Recommended updates for all customers

We recommend that all customers complete the following:

Let your team know to start logging in via app.antenna.dev.
Update any documentation links from docs.software.com to docs.antenna.dev.
Whitelist antenna.dev in your email or security tools so you continue receiving reports.
Update billing contacts to the new domain in your billing, accounting, or procurement systems.
